Rewards
How reward requests are assessed and approved.
Demonstration build
Eligibility
- The account is a simulated-funded account in good standing (active, not breached or suspended).
- All positions are closed at the time of the request.
- The program’s minimum number of trading days has been completed since activation or the previous reward.
- The waiting period before the first reward, and the interval between rewards, have elapsed, and the reward is above the minimum amount.
- The consistency rule is satisfied.
- Your identity verification is approved.
- No other request is already in progress for the account.
Schedule by program
Each program sets its split, how soon the first reward can be requested, how often after that, and on futures programs the largest amount one request can withdraw. Profit above the cap stays in the account for the next cycle.
Calculation
Available profit is your balance above the starting balance, after commissions. The reward is available profit multiplied by the reward split shown in your rules. When a reward is executed, the available profit is debited from the simulated account and its high-water marks reset to the post-reward balance.
Approval workflow
- Request — submitted from your dashboard with an idempotency key, so a double-click can never create two requests.
- Risk & fraud review — a risk analyst checks the trading record against the rules.
- Finance approval — a different person must approve. The reviewer cannot approve their own review.
- Execution — a separately authorised staff member executes the reward through the payout provider. Each request can be executed at most once.
Each step records who acted, when and why. If a request is rejected you receive the reason.
Disputes
Contact support from your dashboard. Rule decisions reference the recorded evaluation so they can be independently replayed and reviewed.
