How can we help?

Search answers about rules, accounts, billing and the platform.

Answers

Is any of the trading real?

No. Every account on the platform is a simulated account priced with live market data where a real-time feed is connected and synthetic market data otherwise (each instrument is labelled). No orders reach a real exchange or broker, and your account balance is not money you own or can withdraw.

What happens after I pass a stage?

As soon as the final qualifying trade closes and every pass condition is met, the stage is marked as passed and the next stage account is created automatically with the same rule version. After the last evaluation stage you receive a simulated-funded account.

Do the rules change after I buy?

No. Each purchase is pinned to the exact product version that was active at checkout. If we publish a new version later, it only applies to new purchases.

Can I reset a failed evaluation?

Breached or expired evaluation stages can be reset for the reset price shown on the product. A reset creates a fresh attempt of the same stage on your original rule version.

Does the daily loss limit include open positions?

Yes. The daily loss rule is measured on equity — your balance after commissions plus the unrealized P&L of open positions, marked at the price you could close at (bid for longs, ask for shorts).

When does a trading day start and end?

Trading days roll over at 17:00 New York time (America/New_York, including daylight-saving changes). Activity at or after 17:00 counts toward the next trading day.
