FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Evaluations
Is any of the trading real?
No. Every account on the platform is a simulated account priced with live market data where a real-time feed is connected and synthetic market data otherwise (each instrument is labelled). No orders reach a real exchange or broker, and your account balance is not money you own or can withdraw.
What happens after I pass a stage?
As soon as the final qualifying trade closes and every pass condition is met, the stage is marked as passed and the next stage account is created automatically with the same rule version. After the last evaluation stage you receive a simulated-funded account.
Do the rules change after I buy?
No. Each purchase is pinned to the exact product version that was active at checkout. If we publish a new version later, it only applies to new purchases.
Can I reset a failed evaluation?
Breached or expired evaluation stages can be reset for the reset price shown on the product. A reset creates a fresh attempt of the same stage on your original rule version.
Rules
Does the daily loss limit include open positions?
Yes. The daily loss rule is measured on equity — your balance after commissions plus the unrealized P&L of open positions, marked at the price you could close at (bid for longs, ask for shorts).
When does a trading day start and end?
Trading days roll over at 17:00 New York time (America/New_York, including daylight-saving changes). Activity at or after 17:00 counts toward the next trading day.
What happens exactly at a limit?
Limits are inclusive. If your equity is equal to or below the limit level, the rule is breached. One cent above the level is not a breach.
What if prices stop updating?
If the last quote for an instrument is older than the stale-data limit (15 seconds in the demo programs), new orders on that instrument are rejected until prices recover. Breaches are only evaluated on recorded prices.
Do commissions count toward loss limits?
Yes. Commissions are deducted from your balance at the time of each fill and therefore count toward every loss limit and the profit target.
Rewards
How are rewards calculated?
On a simulated-funded account, the reward is your profit above the starting balance multiplied by the published reward split. Eligibility also requires closed positions, a minimum number of trading days, the consistency rule and identity verification.
Who approves a reward?
Every request goes through a risk review, then a separate finance approval by a different person, and is executed separately. Each step is recorded in an audit trail.
Are rewards paid in this demonstration build?
No. The payout provider in this build is simulated. No funds are transferred.
Account & billing
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ether and more) from your own wallet. The price is held for 15 minutes at checkout. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, and your account is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I use two-factor authentication?
Yes. You can enable an authenticator app (TOTP) under Settings → Security. You can also review and sign out of your active sessions there.
Platform
Which markets can I trade?
The catalogue includes futures, forex, index CFDs, metals and crypto, each labelled with its price source: live (a real-time provider) or synthetic (our simulator). Each program may restrict asset classes; the checkout page lists what is allowed.
Can I connect MT5, cTrader or other platforms?
Not in this build. External platforms require separate licensing agreements, which are tracked as launch requirements. Trading happens in our web terminal.
