Getting started with the web terminal
Order types, brackets, reduce-only closes and what each rejection message means. · 4 min read
The terminal supports market, limit and stop orders with optional stop-loss and take-profit brackets. Brackets are placed automatically when the entry fills and cancel each other when one completes.
Why an order can be rejected
- The quantity is not a multiple of the instrument step.
- The price is not on the tick grid.
- The resulting position or leverage exceeds your limits.
- Prices are stale or the instrument is halted.
Every rejection is recorded with its reason so you can review it later in your order history.
